Hautify's Shipping Information
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales events and peak shopping days. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for us to process and ship your order. Once it’s processed, transit time typically 1-4 weeks (including weekends and holidays). All orders have a tracking number but we have no control on package delays. Most of our customers receive their orders in 3 weeks. Orders to Mexico and Puerto Rico may take approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

How long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours, and you can expect to receive your ordered between 1 to 4 weeks at the most. Most of our customers get their orders in 2 weeks in the US. You will be notified in email once your order has been shipped. You may log onto your Hautify account to track your package.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email. Tracking will be available 1- 3 days after your order is shipped out. You may log in to your Hautify account and navigate to My Orders and track the package and follow its journey to you.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, we will not be able to edit the address. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is complete and entered correctly with any and all information pertaining to your address (apartment/suite/room numbers).
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for all the shipping fee, and it will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?
You will be charged shipping and handling once only.There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
How can I track my order?
Please note: We have warehouse in China and so during Chinese New Year which occurs in February, orders are subjected to an additional 2 week delay. Our warehouses are closed during the festivals and workers are with their families. Orders can still be placed on our site, but there will be additional delays with shipping.
