Cancelling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, scroll all the way to the bottom for our contact us button. Fill in your name and the order number together with the email used to place the order. Once we receive this information , we will cancel your order within 24 hours. Please note that once an order has shipped we can not cancel the order. Please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a refund.
Usually once you’ve placed your order, we’re unable to change it to ensure your order processing time won't be affected–-this includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, combining orders, changing the billing address or payment method.
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. Please click here Tracking and enter the tracking number we emailed you. You can also log into your Hautify account and find all your order information. Click on "My Orders" and click on "View Details" and you can click on "Track" to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order
